A ominous and lofty home suited for a spellcaster with an affinity to kidnap children. Your sim HAS to have teleportation powers of some kind to get around, whenever through a spell or the wellness skill, otherwise this building is NOT useable. I've tested the platforms for brooms and they unfortunately don't work. This build was loosely inspired by the Rapunzel retelling "Mademoiselle Noir".
