This poorly maintained park is perfect for homeless sims. They can use the bathroom, grill, sleep on the park benches, and make some money by fishing or gardening. I created this lot for my "rags to riches" sims. I like to start with my sims homeless, but of course the game dictates that your character must live on a lot. For this reason, I created this park where the sim has a "residence". Easily change the lot type to park instead of residential if desired. #park #ragstoriches #basegame #nocc
