My first house build which I feel is good enough to upload! Perfect sized house for a small family or 2 roomies. I imagined 2 friends sharing this. One is a gamer, the other a (metalhead) musician with lots of home recording gear. None of them owns a car, so the garage is used for laundly, storage, gambling and jam sessions (Yes, got the idea from Semaj). Of course the bedrooms can be repurposed as well.
