The Sims 4 doesn't have any beach items so I did the best that I could to make it like one you see in Cape Cod. The inside is more like a ranch house but oh well. Can we please have a beach expansion pack? And old weathered shingles for the outside walls? There are beds in the roof area. This is part of a build the US series I'm doing based on the most well known house styles of each region and this is obviously New England. Next up will be a Georgian house for the South. #ragstolots
