When I saw this shell challenge, I imagined a lively library for the teens of Newcrest to hangout out in. The downstairs is seen as a hisorical study section while upstairs is a fun hangout. The outside includes a pretty pond surrounded by various seating areas for Sims to relax. The residents of Newcrest have made it thier own.
