Did a reno of #ProprietorsSquare in #Windenburg. Has one bedroom, one bathroom, fairly modern on the inside, did a little but of landscaping. Property has room for growth (if your sims end up having children), can easily add on to the house. Has a space by the stairs for either a Christmas tree, a Pumpkin Carving Station, or whatever you think will fit :) Enjoy!
