Lady Canon (famous actress) poured her own money to build this rehabilitation centre, to honour her late father, Lord Canon ("The Llama of Justice") whose crime-fighting career has inspired many movies such as "Sul Sul Criminals!" This facility offers a (lux) quarter for the warden, 6 prisoner units, a guard tower, a variety of rehabilitative activities (painting, woodworking, gardening etc) and a solitary confinement for just in case.
