J.A.I.L. is Joe and Ivan's Luncheonette, a restaurant inside a converted police station. The reception desk is now a professional bar, and the chief's office contains a small living area for the owner. The interrogation room and two cells have been converted to private dining areas, and the staff office room is the kitchen.
