Its just a nice house that I wanted to build for my gardener sim. Not much landscaping, 3 bedrooms. One guest room with a half bath on the main floor. One master bedroom with master bath, laundry and a garden/sun room attached, and one kids room upstairs. Double decker deck. Nice dining space, and parlor for entertaining.
