Back with my neighborhoods renovation. This lot is 8 Bells in StrangerVille Plaza. This one also has a post-apocalyptic vibe to it (I'm stuck in this mode for some reason) and tried to keep the look of the neighborhood. You can find the military here, with their dark, creepy meeting area underground. Besides that! Sims need a place to get juiced as weird...things take over.
