Hi! Another day, another dorm :P This time I tried to fit a big home in a small lot, and I'm pretty satisfied with it. 4 floors: (1st) living, dining, kitchen, private gym (+bathroom) and double laundry; (2nd and 3rd) 2 double bedrooms, each one with a bathroom; (4th / attic) 2 single bedrooms, each one with bathroom. Big terrace on the top and nice balconies for other bedrooms. In the end you can fit 10 students here (the maximum possible). Hope you like it :) #discoveruniversity #20x15 #nocc
