I only just started building in the sims 4 so I decided to try and recreate one of the styles of houses I built in the sims 3- I had a whole street of victorian, painted lady style houses so that's what I've tried here! Not sure if the roof is perfect but I did what I could. Plus it's pretty lived in already cause I've played a family here for a bit so it'll need 'de-personalising' for other people lol.
