These are the #ruins, surrounded by beautiful #plants, #flowers and a little #pond, of the #temple of Nuda, a goddess whose bueauty and kindness were remembered by many through the centuries; to feel her close to them, sims can occasionally undress and just... feel. It is said that her spirit still lives here and can grant any wish (if you make a little offering to the Wishing Well, of course. Even spirits have a rent to pay!).
