It's industrial eco thing featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them beeing the most dramatic room in the whole house - master bathroom!Multistory ceiling am i right:D), a hot tub, grill, a couple of skill building objects and a spacious pool (which is technically 2 small pools but oh well)! And house is actually playtested! Only some bookcases dont work but other isOK
