This is a simple base game reno of one of Plumbella's save file builds. This wasn't originally a starter home, so I didn't try to stick to a strict budget, but tried to keep it affordable. There are some upgrades, and of course, I had to add a bin as she'd forgotton it (love her). Enjoy this reno!
