Isn't she lothario is a house based on the one and only Don Lothario's house from Sims 2. It just happened that I was playing sims 2 when a saw your video on the challange and i thought it looked weirdly similar. It is complete with the beautiful light blue carpet found in the original and the wonderful "Red Room" as I like to call it. Hope you like it I had a lot of fun!
