This is a re-make/makeover of 215 Sim Lane from The Sims 2. This stockbroker tudor style house is home to Pleasantview's most dysfunctional family with the perfect facade, the Pleasant's. This lot contains 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious living area's and a very large lush garden complete with pool.
