My first try at remaking the magic realm hq, now named Spellcasters' Guild. There's a few activities for your sims to entertain themselves with other than practicing magic. You can find a mini green house too already with a few starter magical plants. The third floor is meant to be some sort of area for apprentices to stay in, there's a few showers and bathrooms, kitchen+dining room, included. Every sage has a room designed for them.
