Dr Cordelia June was a promising young inventor but the scientific community laughed at her claims of a weather controlling device and so she moved to the sleepy town of Henford-on-Bagley and became a recluse. However the townsfolk didnt laugh and when the rain just wouldnt stop they traveled to the top of the Falls to ask for Cordelia's help.
