I made this spot for my Sims to go on dates. There is a kitchen for making food (or coffee), an entertainment lounge, a fully equipped bathroom (for basic and emergency shower use... just in case.), a theatre, and a lovely drinking/dining area in the courtyard. It's decorated to promote Romance moodlets (in the courtyard and theatre) and Playful moodlets in the lounge.
