#Modern #farmhouse. #NoCC and tried to use as much #basegame as possible. Only needs a 40x30 plot. All credit to the original creator for the shell - I just did the internal layout, design/furnishings and #landscape. Does have a #platform for the kitchen. Designed for a #family with 2 children, a boy and a girl. #decorated. Use bb.moveobjects when placing. Most of the stuff from other packs is decoration.
