Odd shaped #starterhome , designed to catch the morning light in this lot. Cause i built it for my own use, i used decent equipment instead of clutter (and curtains, and a pool, and a fountain ....) which can be easily added later when the first simoleons come in, but i don't want my sim to do plumbing all the time.
