Inspired by #Tulum pictures I saw on #Pinterest, I decided to create a second (and more affordable) #beach for my "normal" sims, as the first one I made was quite luxurious. This is a #nocc lot but you will find it with the cc tag as I used Tray Importer for the custom pics. I made some ocean front wood #swings in the #bar (unfortunately not functional but still cute) and also a #lifeguard station. Use MOO before placing the lot as always :) Hope you enjoy it!
