Bob & Eliza's house was a mess, like their marriage. The floor plan was way too large and limited bedrooms. I redesigned the floor plan to mimic large homes built in the early 20th century. A bathroom & apartment renovation upstairs. A previous owner made these updates in the 70’s. These larger homes were built with servant or governess quarters. Owners updated them into apartments for either family or additional income. Decorated with a mid-century and contemporary style. #reno #piquehearth
