This #twobedroom #twobathroom #familyhome is made for a #30x20 lot in #Newcrest. It's designed based on Plan 22504DR on ArchitecturalDesigns.com, but some changes had to be made to make it work in the Sims. I'm happy with how it turned out. There's a game room in the basement that can easily be converted to a third bedroom if you'd like. It's fairly pack limited as well, as it only uses #basegame, #parenthood, and #university items, but the only university item is the #pingpong table. Enjoy!
