Pigulock Manor was built by railroad financier Gregory Pigulock during the early development of Evergreen Harbor, this mansion twice suffered damage from local storms before being declared a historic landmark and was restored. The current owner fell in love with it's great bones, but thought it needed A LOT of work, so they renovated it to the way it is now.
