Please turn on bb.moveobjects before putting down the lot. I renovated the Pier Perfection lot for a small family of a couple and a child/teen. It still has that long shape to it with a long hallway at the front, but still feels a bit livier than the original. It can also be a starter home for 3 sims, although you will be left with less than 1000 simoleans.
