I really loved the original Pier Palace in Windenburg so I rejigged it on a larger lot to make room for my family (including me, hubby and 3 of our kids...other 2 have grown up and moved on). I have uploaded it again, this time with the plants my sim has been working on so some are magnificent. There is a beautiful swimming pool area and kids playground...as well as a planted garden,,,and an attic containing some gems. I don't think there are mods but I have used moveobjects cheat #PierPalace
