Off-the-grid Starter
This is an #offthegrid #starter home with a waterfall. It can fit two sims, but has lots of room for dinner/party guests :) It's not perfect, I couldnt quite get the waterfall the way I wanted. Nevertheless your sims will have a flowing waterfall from a spring underneath the house.
