Many years ago in Sulani, there was a royal family who spent a lot of simoleons on their lifestyle. It included this renovated house boat which now exists as a nightclub. The new owner wanted to keep some of the fundamentals of the original owners, including the bedroom, study and collectable items in honor of their memory.
