This looks super basic, but keep in mind I focused on the basement. I tried to make it as close to the house on the lake as possible, with the other floors being for modern life. Separate bedrooms for all characters. I tried to go with a mix of Kay, ALW, and Leroux in terms of the basement, complete with torture chamber and coffin. "Secret" passage from torture chamber.
