Tiny family home for two adults, one child, one toddler and two dogs. Parents have a nice murphy bed waiting for them in the living room, the kids sleep upstairs. There's a decent sized yard for the kids to play and for dogs to run around. The garden also has quite a lot of plants with a few planter boxes if the sims want to plant something themselves.
