This Vet clinic has 3 treatment rooms and one Labortory conectet with a tiny kitchen and a sofa to fill up your Sims needs. Furthermore there are 2 bathrooms. The waiting rooms is next to the toilets. I also put a lots of decoration in the Build to make the clinic more realistic.
