I made this generic for testing and brought Lucy in to do the honors. She was joined by four random poorly-dressed townies who all made themselves at home and had a ball. Lots of #perfectplants here, because I want my sims to have access to good food. The docks work, there's a fishing spot that works in generic mode, so should work as residential. It got struck by lightning four times in a monsoon, but I don't see any damage. #nocc
