This is the shell of a penthouse I have made for my Home Decorator sim. I always struggle to build on the penthouse lots so I wanted to build a shell ready to go. My intention is for a single sim to have ample space but there is plenty of space for multiple bedrooms. I have placed a few build items for the layout - other than that, this lot is empty.
