In this build I have made use of the gettogether stuffpack and the base game pack. So if you have those you can place this house without any problems. Don't forget to put the moveobjects cheat ON before placing this lot or all the ivy will be deleted. The house has 1 masterbedroom with an own bathroom, 2 guestrooms and a nursery witch you can transfer in to a homegym if you like that more. This house has all your Sims need to start a family.
