Here is my 100 baby challenge farmhouse that I've been working on. It has the master bedroom and toddler room on the main floor to make your life easier. And the kids and teens get personalized bedrooms upstairs. The themes to those rooms are sports, science, art, nature, music, and gaming. There's also a skill room, a kids playroom, and a gym.
