Smallish Familia
A smallish 3 bedroom, family home ideally for 4 sims; parents, a teen and a child. This home also holds 3 bathrooms (because we know how hard it is to get to the shower first..). 2/3 bedrooms have been furnished but of course, you can do what you like to the home. I tried to limit my pack use so hopefully I didn't use too many packs!
