My thought for who would live in this house is an aunt and her kid niece. But it could be for type of family. I thought the aunt has just recently taken over taking care of her niece and she has come to live with her in her boho, plant heaven, 2 bedroom home. It has a pool (also a kiddy pool) , a little green house, and a little spot for outdoor bugs.
