Run-Down Beach House
This beach house needs more than just a lick of paint but... it's something! Unfortunately, it currently doesn't have water or electricity but... I guess your sim should've checked before buying! Aside from this, it is a functional starter home for three sims, and it uses move objects and lots of debug.
