For Kayla/Lilsimsie's shell challenge! I did this kinda last minute since I've been busy with the holidays :) It has 3 designated bedrooms and an office, with a semi-open downstairs, fancy kitchen, and a beautiful pond in the front. There are balconies and many fireplaces too! Technically has the space to sleep 6 sims without renovating the office.
