I finally did the EA restrictions challenge, and on the infamous pancakes house at that, I watched lilsimsie's latest challenge video and took a swing at it myself and i was actually harder to keep all my items in place than it was to actually renovate 0-0, but in the end with plenty of recounting, I finally did it!
