Floating Docks #1
The floating docks feature a main living building (living room with reading nook, quirky kitchen, ensuite bedroom, rooftop lounge area), a woodworking workshop and a painter's studio. There is also a small yard sale area to sell your sim's work. Both workshop and studio have a small bathroom.
