This is starter home for one Sim or a couple. House has office/art room which you can easly turn into second bed room if you need. There is nice computer, big TV and easle, so you can work here on painting skill. House is all black and white with a little bit of color in art room. I put there some nicer pieces of furniture and art work, so house doesn't look like typical starter.
