Eco friendly lot. Bills are cheap due to all the plants, solar panels, etc. There's a little pagoda with a pool in it (which I'm quite proud of) 2 ponds you can also swim in. The seperate building with the large roof garden is a 'makers space'. Basically it's an office for my crafty sim, it has a computer, fabricator and candle making station.
