I renovated this old barn! There were once a parent whit a child who saw this as a new project but it was too much work for a poor man. Now a new family has bought the barn whit some more money. They want to ranovate it to a house whit 3 bedrooms and 1 an 1/2 bath. They are willing to put 50000 on the renovation and thay would like a pool. They like the rustic feel but the garden has grown a bit too much during the years. Make it feel like a home for the family. #overgrown #oldbarn
