This tiny house is all about outdoor living. The covered back porch is 1/3 the size of the house with outdoor kitchen and dining. The pool is big enough for guests and has it's own patio. The things inside are cheap and minimal because its all about the outside. I wanted to do much more decorating inside and out, but stayed within a 2 Sim budget. You'll have fun fixing it up.
