An updated, CC-free version of my previous neo-colonial "family home." I fixed the issue with parts of the rooves clipping through walls on the second floor and changed up the look of the interior. Built on a 40x30 lot but will fit on a 30x30. Features include a study area on the first floor, three large bedrooms, spacious (and expandable!) backyard.
