#Ouran #Koukou #HostClub. Modeled after the school from the anime. I use it as a residential lot but it works great as a club house. Comes with multiple sitting rooms, an enclosed flower garden, a movie theather, and a small gym w sauna. This build comes with photos of my sims in their bedrooms and upstairs music room. Also, be aware that placing this on the Oakenstead lot in Willow Creek might delete some of the outdoor flooring in front and delete/upscale trees in the courtyard.
