This one story, ranch style home is a house remake of an apartment I made in a building a long while back. It now has a pretty sweet pond pool and a fairly open floor plan. There's room to expand of course if your sim is ready for a family! (The basement is currently just storage for unlocked rockets and flower pots because I'm not sure which I want to use yet, so there's no built way for the sims to get down there.
